Directions
Smirkus Camp is held on the campus of Lyndon
Institute, 168 Institute Circle, Lyndon
Center, VT 05850 (map),
15 minutes north of St. Johnsbury and just 3
hours from Boston. Lyndonville is a quaint village
in Vermont's Northeast Kingdom, 30 miles southeast
of Circus Smirkus headquarters in Greensboro,
Vt.
From the greater Boston area
- Take I-93 North to I-91 North. Follow I-91
North to Exit 23 (Lyndonville). Turn right onto
Route 5 (North) and almost immediately turn
left onto Back Center Road just before the Colonnade
Motor Inn
- Follow for 1.5 miles to an intersection with
Center Street (Route 122)
- Go straight at stop sign
- Within a block you are in the center of the
LI Campus
- Turn left onto College Road and see the main
building on your right.
From Montreal and points north
Take Route 10 East to I-55 South. When you cross
the border, I-55 becomes I-91 South. Follow
I-91 South to Exit 23 (Lyndonville).
From Burlington and points west
Take 89 South to Montpelier. Take Route
2 East to I-91 North. Follow I-91 North to Exit
23 (Lyndonville).
